Motorite is very inefficient company I took my car for service they’re taking almost the whole day to process the claim
Motorite is very inefficient company I took my car for service they’re taking almost the whole day to process the claim. It’s almost 5 hours and the vehicle still needs to be sorted today and Mercedes can’t proceed without their authorisation. When I’m following up with their claims department nobody is picking up calls. I will definitely never use them again.
