MOTORITE is a ******* warranty

If ever there was predator company which had ******* standards and preyed on unsuspecting policy holders, then trash company Motorite takes the top spot. They truly bring true meaning to fine print. Why is fine print fine? Why can it not just be normal print and bring the customer to the specific attention of the different scenarios for claims. Instead, they hide their trash policies in their “fine print”.

This is long overdue. About 10 years ago, I bought a R28 000 warranty from this ******* company. They do no checks/inspections on the car BEFORE taking your money. Once you’ve paid you’re covered – or so you think. When you want to claim, they send out an assessor to see if your car has been well looked after, tampered with or modified in some way or another.

When you own the car for say only a few weeks, and you need to claim, they send an assessor. If he finds something irregular on your car (which is not your fault), regardless of whether it affects the claimed part or not, he will recommend to reject the claim. Motorite will then take the assessors report, & reject the claim and reject your policy IMMEDIATELY without informing you. ALL YOUR IS MONEY GONE IN A BLINK OF AN EYE.

Weeks go by and your car is still stuck at the garage, and you’re waiting on that ******* company to make a courteous call with some news on the claim. They don’t. They don’t care about you anymore. In their mind, the matter is closed and your policy is voided. …because that’s what happened to me.

This world would be a better place WITHOUT Motorite. There are much better warranty companies who gives much better service, for much cheaper and much less hassles.

Stay away. Save yourself the heartache and disappointment. You have been warned.
