Motorite is a *******

I had a motor service plan at motorite through wesbank. My car was due on march as i had to take my car for service when it us due the plan is 3 years a it started january 2017 and ended 2020. I only took my car for service 2 times. The amount for the 2 services was R4500 and the motorplan for 3 years is R15000. My car was now due the 8 march 2020 and now i been told the plan has expired after i booked my car in for a service on its due date. So i am loosing R10500 for this so what was the benifit after all? The margin is sky high on this and i feel that i have been ******
