Motorite giving me issues with claims

I am sick and tired of having to play cat and mouse when it’s time to claim. They have been issues since I started servicing my car at Audi umhlanga , It always starts off with one of motorites staff members not wanting to authorize a claim. Then after a few battles they authorize but a shortfall remains. I currently had to leave my car at Audi due to that. I want this matter sorted and I have learnt my lesson with doing business with this company. When they selling you this plan none is mentioned that you have to keep calling and fighting to get things sorted. I am failing to understand a maintenance plan that will have a shortfall with claims. I took this package so that I didn’t need to have such headaches. I am paying such a large amount monthly for this service and when I need it they don’t come to the picture. Today I was told by one of Motorites staff to drive my car away from the dealership. I am so frustrated and has caused me additional expenses. This is my claim ref Please sort this out : T253023

Dear Sir, Motorite has reviewed your complaint and duly noted your comments – we wish to address your complaint as follows: The product that forms the basis of this complaint is a WesBank Extended maintenance plan administered by Motorite Administrators (Pty) Ltd. The maintenance plan provides cover for maintenance and mechanical repairs needed by the vehicle because of normal wear and tear and in accordance with the maintenance schedule as well as the routine services as scheduled by the manufacturer. The maintenance plan incepted on the 12/04/2019 at 100 000 km and runs for a period of 2 years and up to 140 000 km - the expiry of this plan is dependent on whichever is reached first. The claim in contention was logged with Motorite on the 16/01/2020 at 121 219 km by Alpine Motors - Pinetown . The repairer reported that the vehicle was brought in with a leak and upon further investigation found both the water pump and thermostat was leaking and, requested replacement thereof. The normal claims procedure was followed whereby we requested the written failure report and quotation. Upon receiving the requested quotation which amounted to R 18,273.25 - Motorite proceeded to authorise the claim for the vehicles thermostat and water pump up to the total amount quoted for (R 18,273.25). The claim was duly authorised on the same day – 16/01/2019. We hope the above clarifies. Thank you for your cooperation and patience herein.Kind Regards, Risk Management Complaints Division

The amount you have written as the quotation amount is false , I have the quotation with me and the dealership cannot carry on with the wrongful amount you guys authorized. The quotation amount is R 20377,75 not the amount you guys just decided to write. Please have this matter sorted this means that I won’t have a car this whole weekend due to motorite.
