Motorite ********** payment authorisation

I purchased a Land Rover Discovery 3 from an accredited Wesbank Motor dealership, Paarlweg Motors in July 2014. A Motorite Prestige Plus motor policy was procured as part of the vehicle sale and the financing done via Wesbank. The vehicle in question broke down on 26th of December 2014. I promptly took this matter up with the Consumer Protection Act mediator who tried to mediate a settlement between myself and Paarlweg Motors. The MIOSA ombudsman ruling was in my favour. I have at current been without a vehicle for the last 6 months ( 26 December 2014 till current). The repair costs to the vehicle have amounted to in excess of R100 000.00 Motorite : You have authorised a policy payment for a failed part, that per your own policy wording, should not have been authorised in the 1st place if all parts within a 6 month period are under warranty from the selling dealership. What is happening here - this seems ********** and smells of a conspiracy? Who is in cahoots here? In my opinion this is a waste of my policy and money and may be due to incompetency or part of a cover up. I will refer this matter to the FAIS ombudsman immediately for further investigation.
