MOTORITE ***** WARRANTY

Most unreasonable company I have ever seen. I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago including a warranty cover with my finance from Wesbank, according to my Wesbank contract it is supposed to be for 73 months as they pay it upfront with the finance. I had my vehicle booked for repairs, only to be notified by the repairing company that I do not have cover with Motorite, I contacted Motorite and advised me that my policy expired around 4 months ago already, I asked the admin dept at Motorite how this is possible as Wesbank confirmed it was paid upfront for 73 months cover, Motorite advised me its not possible but my cover has expired, I have never been informed of the policy is expiring, if I was contacted in regards to this, I would have asked to renew and load as debit order, in the event I was about 2 weeks without a car and had to pay everything in cash to get my vehicle.

No reply as of yet from Motorite.
