Motorite - DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
I will not recommend this company - Motorite/infinity insurance to anyone. They are fast to take your money but full of excuses not to pay out the claim. What a disappointing experience!

22 May 2019, 14:16 Dear Madam, Motorite acknowledges receipt of your complaint received at our offices and duly noted your comments. The claim in contention was logged with Motorite on the 22/05/2019 at 129 679 km by Phoenix Motors t/a Lindsay Saker Audi – Bloemfontein. The repairer reported that the vehicle was brought in for an oil leak and found that the oil filter housing on the gearbox had cracked. Regrettably - Motorite proceeded to reject the claim for the oil filter housing as these item is not listed as covered component within the ambit of the warranty policy. It should be noted that under the components covered section you will see a detailed list of the covered components arising from the mechanical and/or electrical failure. If a component is not listed, we unfortunately then cannot provide cover for non-covered parts. In view of the matter - Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly, in line with the policy terms and conditions.
