Motorite bad service
Motorite failed to authorise my car service plan of which my kms was 105000 and their contract was saying it ends at 101909kms but the fact was there was no purpose for me to take the car to service at 101909kms as I always take the to service after each an every 15000kms, so Motorite you are misleading your customers in a wrong way and I had to pay cash for my own service. Motorite service is very bad

The product that forms the basis of this complaint is a WesBank Motorway Special Extension service plan administered by Motorite Administrators (Pty) Ltd. The service plan provides cover for the routine services as scheduled by the manufacturer. The service plan incepted on the 31/05/2018 at 41 909 km and runs for a period of 3 years and up to 101 909 km - the expiry of this plan is dependent on whichever is reached first. This plan was sold as a 60 000 km band of cover, and therefore 4 services were rated for within this band of cover as per the manufacturer stipulated service intervals: - 45 000 km - 60 000 km - 75 000 km and the - 90 000 km services Our records indicate that all services rated for have been claimed for against the service plan profile and duly paid.
