Motorite Administrators are very dishonest ******

I took out a warranty policy with Motorite Administrators when I purchased my car. I was shown with a document on what the warranty covers. After 2 months of having the car, the engine mounting and the gearbox mounting got broken. I then took the car to an approved service provider. A quotation was sent to Motorite Administrators and the claim was registered. The claim was rejected on the same day, stating that mounting are not covered. I then requested a document stating that they are not covered. A policy document was then emailed to me. I asked why am I only receiving a policy document after a claim is registered and why did I not receive it when I joined. My claim was rejected unfairly as I was not given proper documentation. If I knew that certain things are not covered, I would not have taken the policy or I would have opted for a policy that would covered most of the car issues.

I have referred to my emails and I don’t have the said email you are claiming to have sent me on the 28 November 2025. And again, the email you are claiming to have sent me has a document with commencement date of 27 November 2025 and the document I received on my email has a commencement date of the 21 November 2025. Bear in mind that the same policy number has 2 commencement dates. This shows that you *****ulently claim that you sent a document that you didn’t. The document that I signed was on the 21 November 2025 and it didn’t have a policy document, it was just a 1 page document showing what is covered as attached on my emails. How can 1 policy number have 2 different commencement dates? You are de*****ing your customers in signing then you go and draft different policies and then claiming to have emailed it. This is not going to end here, I will take this further. I don’t know what to call this that you are doing.
