<p>We got a problem with Motorite,they don`t wanna approve or claim</p>
Dear Sir/Madam
According to our records your claim registered on the 26/07/2017 has been cancelled as your vehicle did not qualify for the top up maintenance plan due to irregular servicing.
It should be noted that in order for your vehicle to qualify for a top up maintenance plan - it is a requirement for the vehicle to have a full and up to date service record, meaning whereby no services were late or skipped. As per the service record received both the 15 000 km and 45 000 km services were carried our very late, outside of the manufacturers specifications and allowed service leeway’s.
A cancellation of the plan can be processed whereby a prorated refund will apply. Should you require any further information regarding this - please feel free to contact us.
