Motor Happy such a rip-off

Motor happy is not transparent...i paid from july 2021 to jan 2022 ..after canceling i discovered they took 51% of my premiums for admin cancelation and agent fees...the term and conditions was not explained nor did i receive policy documents..incompetant call centre agrmts and team leaders as non of them could advise on any questions i asked the just know how to log calls without resolving them...people please be aware..i i did not yrust them to save my money for servise i could have done my service cash and still have a balance left...
