Most shocking service ever
My mom put a claim in for her radiator which just started leaking, the company registered with Motorite claims the radiator was damaged due to front impact but there was never any front damage, so they just reject the claim, then I dispute it and I get a report from a qualified radiator company who says its not from impact damage and I resubmit it and again the claim is rejected because supposedly motorite has qualified technical personal on radiators, really so why do you offer an insurance and take the debit order every month but yet continue to reject claims and this is the 3rd time now a claim as been rejected....not accepting this reporting this insurance to the ombudman

We have reviewed your complaint and duly noted your comments.
The initial report received from your preferred repairer mentioned that the radiator failed as a result of impact damage. The matter was then disputed and we then requested additional pictures to have the matter further reviewed.
It should be noted that the 2nd report received was not from a radiator specialist but from the same repairer who provided the first report. Based on the additional pictures received, Motorite remains of the opinion that the failure of the radiator was as a result of impact damage and hence maintained.
