MISLEAD

I took out a tyre and rim plan earlier on the year and the whole reason of me taking it out was because the person who sold it to me advised that it covers labour and to my surprise few weeks ago when I claimed I was advised that it only covers for the physical tyre only and I had to pay the difference (this included all labour)

A week and a half ago I called in and I spoke to Dyllan Jerber whom advised me that he will request for the call and get back to me and in turn I asked him how long will it take and his response was like 'before the end of the day', till today I have not received any feedback from him.

I expect to be contacted with the call recording so that we listen to the call and if yes, the consultant who sold me the plan did mention that it covers for the labour - I expect refund of the difference I paid.

I'm giving you guys today to get back to me otherwise I will then have to escalate further.
