Mis-leading information leading
Policy number: GWJ10011K Motorite *** I have been awaiting for Dzivhu to take my call 30mins now, the agent says his in a meeting and that I should email complaints dept. This is in response to a query that arose due to Motorite sending me confirmation that policy was activate on the 20 May 2025 but when I took my vehicle for service was told it was cancelled. Dzivhu Gabara, says that Wesbank should advise me why and when I called Wesbank and spoke to Mbali in Customer Care, she says that Motorite should be responsible for mis-informing me. ( which I agree too) Either way I now sit in no mans land. Please can someone from Motorite and/or Wesbank assist me ? ***
