maintenance plan which does not cover!
Hi<br> <br> I am very frustrated with the terrible/ lack of assistance from motorite, I have my new polo vivo trendline 2015 for 8mths and pay a maintenance plan every month so that I am not liable for these unforeseen problems, however they refuse to authorise a claim for worn disks, <br> <br> What are the conditions of a maintenance plan?<br> Your car must:<br> Be younger than 5 years<br> Have less than 120 00 km's on the clock<br> Have all it's service plans up to date.<br> <br> motorites reason for not processing claim to replace my disks,is simply because it is not within the norm<br> motorite is ********* in the plan the advertise! I may aswell not have a maintenance plan<br> once they have made the sale, its no longer a priority of theirs to keep the client happy!<br> <br> <br> I will never advise any person to purchase a plan with motorite

Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments. We note that from our records the claim for the replacement of your vehicles front brake discs were rejected as your vehicle has only travelled a total distance of 19 278 km - the industry norms for the replacement of brake discs are every 40 000 km. Unfortunately this is not considered to be normal wear and tear or mechanical failure but rather due to abnormal wear on these components. It is not the product design or intention to cover your vehicle for abnormal or excessive wear on the vehicles wear and tear components. The product is however designed to cover your vehicle scheduled services, routine maintenance because of normal wear and tear and mechanical failure. Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly and in line with the contract terms and conditions. Unfortunately the replacement costs for your vehicles brake discs will be for your own account.
