Maintenance Plan

I have been paying for a Maintenance Plan with Motorite for 3 years now and my clutch has broken and they refused to pay me out telling me i have been driving the car abusively. Firstly how come after all the cars I have been driving for nearly 40 yrs suddenly i drive abusively. Secondly They were supposed to have informed the garage and myself that they were not going to cover my clutch and give the reason why. But instead they just told the garage they wont cover me for the clutch. No reason why. I had to phone them and find out why they would not cover my clutch. When i asked them why they had not gotten back to the garage or myself they simply said \ oh we forgot "that is a disgusting way to treat your clients. On the other hand what am i paying every month for if they tell me im driving negligently . """
