listed contents of a motorite warranty
9-months ago i bought a Motorite warranty for an Audi S3 2008 model, on the 14/01/2016 I so happened to require the replacement of a cooling fan unit, which costs about R9000.00, when theservice center technician called to advise the claim has been rejected,I tried to inquire about it and was told they don't cover it, strange to a lay person is that there's no table listing components covered by the \warranty"why? Such a component is a key component that should be a basic covered component...I wonder why is MFC associating with a product"

Our records indicate that the component claimed for, that being the Cooling Fan ECU as reported by your preferred repairer is regrettably not a covered component by the said Warranty. The relevant policy wording which includes the terms and conditions, list of components covered, claims and service procedures as well as the relevant disclosure notices would have been issued to you at point of sale. Unfortunately the component claimed for as mentioned does not fall in ambit of your policy. Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim has been administered correctly in line with the terms and conditions thereof.
