To whom it may concern,

I have a policy with Motor Rite and I was told that my repairs would not been covered.

I would like to exercise my right as a consumer to have my repairs done as my cover states that I will be covered when my car has a mechanical fault. I was told that I will not be covered for the repairs because "There is unprofessional workmanship done on the egine" it is with great regret that I inform you the car was purchased in the manner which we bought it. Please note that any legal fees in pursuing this will be on onus of Motor right and I will be sending any fees and costs to your offices unless this is resolved.
