Im paying but you cover NOTHING????
can you please tell me what you actually cover because it seems that everything that needs to be done, YOU DO NOT COVER????? So what is the point of me having a motorplan/warranty and service plan with you if it covers nothing????<br> <br> Are the rear brakes and parking indicator 'PDC' and faulty headlight covered in any one of these policies?<br> <br> Escalate this and get someone to contact me <br>

Dear Client,
Our records indicate that you have 2 products registered with us, the one being a service plan - which provides your vehicle with cover for routine services as specified by the manufacturer - this plan does not cover wear and tear parts, that being maintenance components. The other product is a mechanical breakdown warranty - which provides your vehicle with cover for the failure of specified mechanical and electrical components subject to the policy terms and conditions whereby the applicable limits of liability apply. The mechanical warranty lists all the components that are covered under the respective benefit categories. Unfortunately none of the parts that you have mentioned are covered by neither the service plan nor the warranty. Someone from our claims division will be in contact with you to further discuss your query and, or concerns.
