I currently have a policy with Motorite, which is a service plan for my vehicle, I did an oil change on the vehicle of which I have proof of but they are now telling me that it is regarded as a minor service and cannot assist me with a service for my vehicle, I have been paying them R299 for over a year now and they refuse to assist me so this means that they have taken my money and not willing to do anything, they advised afterwards that they would give me my money back for the minor service but since I have submitted my invoices and bank statement, no ome has responded as to what is going to happen. I have sent countless emilas and called numerous of times, there was a consultant that was assisting me and gave me good service but since a gave a review on him he also stoped calling me or assisting me with this, I really don't know what more to do as this has been a nightmare for me to try and get proper assistance from Motorite.
