Horrible service from Motorite

Had the most horrible experience with Motorite. After putting a claim, not even 20 percent was authorized. Upon enquiring I was told that my policy only covers x amount whereas according to my documentation as well as proof of payment shows that I paid for a warranty that's suppose to have a higher cover. Yet all the consultants I've spoken to tells me that I only have x amount of cover. I've been mislead, but I refuse to settle for this. I will certainly take this further
