Guillaume the rude call centre agent!

I called in to enquire about a claim made by Benz on my policy. I initially spoke to Thandeka who I asked to transfer me to Thabiso, as Benz had said that he was the one dealing with the claim. Thandeka agreed to transfer me and put me on hold.

Another agent answered by the name of Guillaume ( I literally asked him to spell it for me because I could already sense there would be a problem somewhere because I didn't get transferred to the person I wanted to speak with initially). I told him that I was put on hold for Thabiso. He asked if he could help me of which I rep**** yes and told him a WHOLE LONG story. He then asked me to hold. For two minutes I was on hold thinking this guy is probably checking something related to my policy (I had already given Thandeka my policy number so I assumed he knew it as well).

The ****** agent gets back on the line and asks me what he can assist me with??? Really? I asked him why he had put me on hold and he said he was busy with something else. So why take my call if you're busy? I asked him why he didn't transfer me to another agent if he was busy and he arrogantly said he couldn't do that. (Couldn't or can't??? I wonder.) We argued as he raised his voice to me , all arrogant ,and I ended up ending the call.

Today was my first interaction with motorite and Guillaume left a bitter taste in my mouth. Do your call centre agents not go for training?

If it wasn't for Vincent, who later helped me, I would have the worst impression about this company.

His attitude is disgusting quite frankly and it needs to be addressed. I don't want an apology from whoever deals with your hellopeter complaints. I want to know how you are going to deal with Guillame and I want an apology from him! And I'd like him to explain why he is apologising because during that call, it was clear he didn't think he did anything wrong.

Such disrespect for customers should not be tolerated!
