Good Service
I would like to thank you Motorite.I took the Maintenance plan with them when I bought my car in 2016, this year my car started to give me problem first in July this year took my car at VW and they told me its my battery motorite did authorised my claim within a day and I got a new one,within a space of 3 months my car had a problem took it also to my dealer they told me there is a starring rack defect they did put a claim through motorite, they did all they have do at the end I received a positive response they said they will l cover that cause its a mechanical failure.I would like to thank you their technical claims administrator Mr Y.Mabude for keeping me updated through the process good service I got from him.The only thing left now is to get my car, my dealer is still busy with the repairs.
