False cover
FNB First Warranty sold me a policy and for 2 months took my money. Then they phoned me stating they are sorry. They cannot cover my vehicle. I demanded a refund for misleading me. On dmail all this was confirmed. Then two weeks later they deducted anothed premium. And bloked it so it can not be reversed. I am not getting any refund as promised and also do not have coved on my cars enjin. The fact that FNB is promoting this is even more upsetting.
