Excuses Excuses Excuses, NO PAYOUT!!!
My car broke down due to a water pipe (understood not covered under warranty), however I was informed they would arrange towing of the vehicle to my dealership and I would have to pay the company upfront which I did. I had no issues paying for the part to be replaced as its not covered, however any excuse not to pay when claiming for the towing is pathetic! I took precaution to not do further harm to the car as i'm not a mechanic and have no clue on how to diagnose a vehicle (not knowing the problem at the time). I now get told they refuse to pay me out and that the option of getting a stranger to tow my car would have be a suitable option!!<br> <br> I recommend to all that have motorite warranty to drive the car until there is no life left in the car and the call them to collect the car as this will save you money and cost the company money!!!!<br> <br> Absolutely pathetic service and a poor way of **** business!<br> <br> What goes around comes around and all the money your company has taken and not paid out will definitely come back to haunt you and it maybe has already that's why you refuse to pay your \customers"out!!<br> <br> Can't believe you even call yourselves a company...."""

Please note that Motorite only act as the appointed claims administrator in this instance and are under obligation to administer all claims in accordance with the insurers terms and conditions. Your policy wording clearly refers: \You must pay for all costs incurred under Roadside Assistance unless the mechanical or electrical breakdown occurred because of failure of a part that is covered under the Terms and Conditions of this Warranty. It is your responsibility to pay the service provider.\" Due to the fact that the cause of failure that being a damaged coolant pipe which is not an insured item - the refund for towing does not apply. Regrettably - Motorite cannot offer any assistance in this instance.
