Do not go near this company!
This company is completely ********* and will try and wriggle out of any contract after you have paid! I got an extended maintenance plan on a second hand car that I was purchasing for an additional 3 years. Everything was fine until I went for my first annual service, where I was told, flatly, that my policy was "not on the system". It took three months to get them to admit they were wrong and add it to the system. Then, at the second service, I was informed that my 3 year extended maintenance plan expired after the first year. Cue the same process of sending them the contract that THEY SIGNED WITH ME, and getting treated like I am the guilty party. I will NEVER use this excuse for a company again.
