Dishonest Insurer - refund my premiums

In 2022 I bought 3 Motorite insurances through FNB, a dent and scratches, rim and tyre and mechanical warranty. Last year I had a small dent, and was sent from pillar to post when I claimed. I ended up ignoring it, yet still paying premiums. Yesterday I took my vehicle for a wheel alignment and balancing, a free benefit for both stipulated on my rim and tyre insurance. After almost 2 hours waiting for authorization at Tiger Wheel and Tyre, I was told that they can do only one of the two and I should still wait for authorization.

I then left and mailed them asking for full refund of all my premiums as clearly their policy documents are based on their dishonesty.

I’m still waiting for a response. And if they don’t resolve in 48 hours, I will forward the matter to my lawyers, and FNB will be informed of their dishonest partner, and effect that now compromises FNB.
