Disgusting Service
<p>Horrible service I have ever experienced in my life by motorite. I have a refund query for towing services from January 2017 the refund is R761.00 or the company is broke they can't afford to honor the claims as expected I really don't understand.</p> <p> </p> <p>could anyone help me as to what I must do. Their agents on the phones lacks telephone etiquette they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by answering your call.</p>

Kindly note that that it was advised that it was originally advised that the towing refund was for the claim dated 24/02/2017 of which Europ assist confirmed that the towing was cancelled.
As advised by yourself yesterday providing clarity - the towing refund is actually for the claim dated 21/12/2016. We are therefore in the process of vetting and facilitating the refund accordingly. Please be advised that Motorite is aware of your situation and is treating the matter with utmost urgency. It is pertinent to remind you that in order for us to process a claim and assess it accordingly, in line with the agreed policy terms and conditions, we require all information.
