Disgusting, pathetic and disgrace service

Motorite is trying by all means not to pay my scratch and dent claim. Its been a month now since my claim was sent pictures were uploaded and a lady y the name of Dipalesa alwatys come ack with stories I even sent defferent pictures as per her request to date no response. The last time I sent an outo ressponse was received that she is not availale I should send to email info which I did no response even on that email provided. This is really un acceptable because calling is also a nightmare, I have een paying this policy since 2017 with no claim, just one is prolem I have een taken from pillar to post.
