Disgusting Attitudes, Worst Service.

Not even worth the 1 star. Their attitudes stink. They are quick to speak to anyone on the phone to make the sale, once the sale is made they only insist on talking to the policy holder. I spoke to them to take the service plan, they confirmed all with me on the phone, I accepted everything that was no problem. Now that we want documentation so many many month later on our warranty and service plan they come with fat attitudes and insist on talking to my husband. You people never even spoke to him when the policies was taken, so what am I good enough to make a sale with but not good enough for any other communication. That's just bull!!!! I honestly think your jobs come with a Attitude of "we rule you cause you want us to help you fix your car, so eat up our attitude or ****** off"
