Decline to pay
Land Rover Stellenbosch submitted a claim for my suspension. It was declined by JJ because he said my service is not up to date. Funny thing is that my car was suppose to be serviced on 192 000km but I took it on 188000km. Still he said it is not up to date because I serviced after 6 months, I was suppose to service it end of February 2015. I was not informed of the 12000km or 6 months wichever comes first rule. Still I booked on the 10/03/2015 at Land Rover Stellenbosch. They could accomodate me only in 01/04/2015. There is a lee-way period of 30 days or 2000km from Land Rover. But still they declined my claim although my booking was still within the lee-way period of the days. This policy is just ripping people off. I wouldn't advise anyone to take this but rather Motorvaps instead of this. I even sent they guy my up to date service book to show him that the book requires the car to be serviced on 192 000km but still he declined my claim. All they want is any reason to decline instead of paying out. This is the first time for me claiming but they just decline unfairly.
