DEBIT OUR BANK ACCOUNT ********L

My husband had a policy that expired last year. We were not notified. We only find out when my husband vehicle went in for repairs. We had to take out a loan at his bank. In the meantime my husband trade in the bakkie for a brand new vehicle that is under warranty. On the 24.03.21 a debit order went off. We were so surprised. My husband went to his bank to block this debit order. They emailed us letter dated 22 April 2021, policy no 2020CPP11390 stating that a grace period of 15days will be allowed for the outstanding premium. If not the policy will be cancel. Please provide prove that we instruct you to debit our bank.
