am not a mechanic. 17inch rims is not a modification in my eyes and will not cause any damage. If I was asked about 17inch rims I would of said yes. Modification means speed to me. You guys are beating around the bush here with technicality instead of paying off a r3000 claim. Why are you guys fighting me for this when I am correct in what I am saying. You guys are looking for every excuse not to pay. I am a man on the street I don't know modification means 17inch rims which my car was bought with. I just spoke to a consultant from SA Warantee, i asked for a quote and explained to them that i bought my vehicle with 17inch rims, they said that it does not form part of modification, which you guys denyed my claim on, they said majority of clients change from 15inch to 17inch, you guys just Rob people, i will now contact the ombudsman.
