Dear Sir,
Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments. Your claim for the replacement of the vehicles ignition coils was rejected as your policy does not cover more than one failure at the same time - your policy wording refers: regardless of how many failures happen at the same time, only one covered part failure will be entertained (the higher benefit cover will apply). Motorite therefore authorized the replacement of fuel pump as the cost of this part was higher between the two components. Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly and in line with the policy terms and conditions.
