*****ed company poor service

Motorite is the worsted service provider I have ever encountered from day one I had a service plan with them that covers me for 80000km my inception milage was 40000 and maturing at 120000 when I took my car in for the first service they had my inception date for 2021 June this caused a delay as it took numerous phone calls and emails to sort it out and caused my vehicle to be serviced late I asked them if this wouldnt effect any future sevice they said no as it has been amended on thier system My vehicle was due for a service on 45000 and was only serviced on 47000+ Apon my secound service i encountered the same problem wich also resulted in my vehicle being serviced late this continuous problem lasted up until my last service where by they refused my claim stating my i had reached my expire milage wich is 120000 i then explained to the claims consultant lyle what has happed and that there should be somekind of note on my profile as this was a mistake that happend on their side and was ammended i then asked him to pull up my recouds and as i suspected they do not have my first two services on record and stated that they did not cover those two services and he only has record of my services from 75000km going foward i then asked him to investigate he said no there is nothing he could do and just referenced me to launch a complaint through the complaints department but there is nothing's they also going to do as my milage is on 128000 wich is 80000 out of my plan

I am upset in the help i recived from the consultants as they did not even attempt in assisting me I cannot believe volkswagen south africe works with a company that is ****** like this Very unprofessional I wish the is some kind of board that i can adress my complaint to as this is so unfair and wrong on so many levels I have all the emails and correspondents from day 1 of my problem I will not leave this as is i will pursue Avenues until my complaint is sorted I would not recomend their service to any1
