Could'nt get the re-fund as promised
I have took the service plan with motorite Administrators,I was told i have 3 months waiting period, but if the service is due while I'm on waiting period i can service and i will be re-funded after 3 successfully debits.<br> from last month i send them the invoice from the service dealer for the refund as per agreement, but they have been asking all kind questions that made me think they don't wanna pay me back, I told them to cancel my policy because they are not faith full with me, All i need is my money back.<br> I told them that i'm staying in Cape Town, but i currently working on site in transkai so i don't have some of the vehicle documents with me, but they sad its fine, but now that i must get a refund the ask for all the documents that i told them i don't have with me. Cannot travel to cape town to collect a Prof of residents.
