To whom it may concern, This complaint wishes to express, our utmost disconcerted sentiment towards the dealings and modus operandi at Motorite. They have cancelled my current Motorplan on our Honda Jazz even though the contract does not make any reference to their action. As far as we are concerned the vehicle should still be covered under the motorplan we have paid dearly for. Motorite''s contract is not clear on the timelines, neither distances, hence we feel this matter needs to be addresses as they draw people into the attraction of the purchase but don't let up on the finer detail until one wants to claim. I recently had my vehicle serviced and needed to do my windscreen wipers, they refused. This is unacceptable as the consultant Motorite told us not to worry, just get the Dealership to confirm warranty status remains intact and we will make provision to remove the suspension. After this was done by Honda Westrand the still went ahead and cancelled this plan, which we feel terribly bitter over.
