what a complete *******, I advise people not to take this cover. they say engine components are covered, but not air intake pipes which is a major engine component. you call them only to hold until you cannot hold any longer, I held the phone for 35-40min. try them out and see for yourselves.

As per the claim in contention logged with Motorite on the 07/01/2019, it is pertinent to mention that the replacement of hoses and pipes is not listed as covered and is specifically excluded from the ambit of the warranty policy. We unfortunately cannot provide cover for non-covered components as stipulated by the policy terms and conditions. It is also worthy to mention that the hose/pipe in this instance is not an internally lubricated component or part and therefore will not be listed within the engine benefit. Please note that your claim has not been rejected however authorised under the respective engine benefit category, up to the maximum limit of liability allowed by the policy, for an amount of R 3,768.35 including VAT.
