Claims department taking forever to give dealerships approval
These people are so bad when it come to their customer service, especially when it comes to getting approval from them for a dealership to work or service your car. They hardly ever answer their phones and when they do, you will wait forever to get approval from their claims department.

09 Jun 2021, 04:44Eventually I was assisted. However I still maintain that you can improve on the turnaround time for giving approval to dealerships quickly. Maybe you guys need to look at giving customers a pre-approval.
