**** Cancellation Department/Process

I feel like I'm being taken for a fool by this company. I submitted a cancellation on the 5th of January and immediately called to confirm receipt of the cancelation doc. I got told that cancellations take 7-10 business days.

After 7 business days, I started calling to find out the progress of my cancellation they have been saying the same thing ever since "we escalating the matter to the cancellation department" like how many escalations does it take for a simple cancellation and refund to be processed. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone because that's definitely not how they should do business.
