Bad service by motorite administrators
On the 5th of may 2025 I lodged a claim for tyre which got hit by a pothole. Because I had an urgent matter to attend to I bought a new tyre at tiger wheel and tyre and I have provided the company with proof. The insurance rejected my claim saying that I was driving with a flat tyre and I wonder how’s that even possible and what caused the flat tyre and on the contract the pothole claim is included. I have been using this insurance since may 2024 and this is my first claim. I have been loyal in paying my monthly premiums. When I needed the most they were not there to assist and they took time to even to respond to email. This company is very unreliable,************* but very quick to deduct each and every month
