Atrocious service

Have a policy with motorite which is an extended warranty for my car. Took my car in for the book to be repaired at a dealership and 48 hours later motorite has not assisted in resolving my query. So it means it's four days without my car due to the appalling service from motorite. What a bull**** company WOW!!!!
