ANYTHING NOT TO PAY!!!
I have put in a claim for my Turbo which has been rejected by Motorites ever ready not to pay attitude. no assessor has been sent out and when i requested one i was told it must be done at my own expense. i have 3 policies with motorite and dont think i am deserving of this filthy attitude. <br> The reason they are rejecting the claim is that a foreign object could of done this when i asked what type of foreign object i was told a STONE my logic was simple it had to still go through the filter as well as get into a sealed airbox from a car which has a dust cover and while driving on a public road in stand still traffic??? They told me these things happen... unfortunately it seems as we have to sweep up all the stones off our roads as they are the main cause to turbo failure. <br> <br> to make things interesting i am not the only victim to this stone theory as my friend was also given this excuse. i have asked them to send me the pictures and unfortunately have still not received it. i need a valid reason and not a passing the buck issue. we all take out policies to help us in events such as these. their attitude towards fullfilling their duties to their customers need to be looked at.

The written report supp**** by a Turbo specialist confirms that the Turbo shows signs of a foreign object damaging the compressor wheel of the Turbo. The pictures supp**** by the repairer also confirms this. Based on the information supp**** to us - the claim for the vehicles Turbo was rejected as this damage was caused by an external source which is excluded from cover. There was no need to appoint an assessor in this instance as the report and pictures supp**** clearly confirmed this. Motorite are the appointed claims administrators and are under obligation to administer all claims in accordance with the Insurers terms and conditions. We remain of the opinion that the claim was administered correctly.
