any excuse not to pay
My partner took out a policy with Motorite, they called her, she listened and decided to take out the policy, she then has a car issue, her car breaks down, and they start to find any excuse not to pay, I urge anyone who gets a call or has a policy with these people (affiliated with Wesbank), cancel it, chances of them paying are little to none. they probably call up women knowing that they will take the policy because they have limited knowledge of cars and warranties. I don't want a reply from Motorite, I just want to warn people not to waste money on these warranties, they just give assessors kickbacks to report in their favor!

Dear Sir,
Motorite has reviewed and noted your comments - all of which is unfounded. All claims are reviewed on merit and administered in accordance with the policy / contract terms and conditions. Your partners claim being no different. Our records indicate that the cause of failure, that being oil sludge has caused the catastrophic engine damage - unfortunately oil sludge build up is not considered to be a mechanical failure and is therefore not covered by the said mechanical breakdown warranty policy. The pictures presented by an \independent assessor\" clearly depicts this. There are many people who benefit from these types of products - unfortunately not every happy client takes the liberty of making this known on public forums. Motorite remains of the opinion that we have acted correctly in this instance.
