ALL LIES

Took my car to a workshop for over heating which caused the whole engine to break down now they want to pay for over heating with is R2500.00 but to fix the motor is R37000.00 which i dont understand you pay every month for this so you can be secured when something like this happens,i have sent an email to complaints department trying to resole this issue and apparently they get back to you in 3 to 4 hours since than its over 20 Hours gone and still no reply or phone call,guys please be very careful when dealing with this people its all about making money of people instead of doing what has to be done.when i took this contract nothing was said that they will pay for the course of the damage and not the damage its been 3 weeks now with my motor completely stripped,I will be putting this on social media as well so other people can see as well
