Absoultely Pathetic Company - HOPELESS
Good day<br> <br> I have a current Motorite warranty on my vehicle which my latest claim has been rejected. Probably because it is a slightly bigger claim, Motorite doesn't want to pay for it.<br> My vehicle has been at Bosch for 3 weeks, waiting for the go ahead from Motorite. <br> As per the assessor, the damage caused to the diff of the vehicle was because the vehicle was driven at high speed with the diff lock on.<br> Strange to me, cos my diff lock hasn't been working for a year. The vehicle operated as a normal vehicle, not even a 4x2.<br> Upon pointing that out to Motorite, they sent the assessor out the second time to re-assess the vehicle. <br> Since then, it took them 2 working days to re-moderate their story and find a way of still blaming the diff lock for the damage so that they don't have to pay.<br> <br> I have been without a vehicle for 3 weeks, and now i have to pay for for the repairs as well as storage fees due to the delay from Motorite. <br> <br> Looking at all their pathetic and evasive reviews and feedback on Hellopeter, i'm surprised these people are still in business. Anyway, with this kind of service, it won't be a lifelong business for them.<br> <br> Let's see what B***S*** response I get to this report.
Dear Sir/Madam,
The independent assessors return to your vehicle, he found that the plug connector for the diff lock activator warning light was broken. This essentially means that even if the diff lock was activated the warning light would not light up and warn you as the driver. Unfortunately, you would not have any visual warnings notifying yourself of the eminent failure of the rear differential however as a driver you would immediately notice that your vehicle is not operating as normal. It is important to note and is worth mentioning that Motorite has in its employment qualified motor vehicle technicians that form part of our claims department and claims management team respectively. Assessment reports supp**** are analysed in detail whereby a final decision is made, based on visuals, technical correctness, experience and factual information.
Motorite remains of the opinion that the claim was administered correctly and in line with the policy terms and conditions.
