Absolutelly waste off money
I'm adding my comment to help anyone who does their research about motorite before paying for a plan from them.

They are a waste off money and i had to learn this the hard way. luckily i was busy with a new plan through them but cancelled it. they don't cover even half of the parts amount not even talking about the hourly labour.

Complete waste. They don't even have to reply on this because i don't have anything to say to them.

YOU WILL BE WASTING MONEY!!!!!

Dear sir,
Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments. Our records indicate that you still have an active policy listed on our system. The said policy provides cover for in the event of sudden and unforeseen failure of specifically listed components whereby the applicable limits of liability apply. The benefit categories on these policies are pre-set and goes in accordance with the age and kilometre reading of your vehicle at point of sale. Due to the age of your vehicle at point of sale your vehicle fell into benefit category 4 which unfortunately offers the least amount of cover compared to the other benefit categories. All this information would have been explained to you at point of sale.
