A blatant *******
<p>Motorite decided to convert my maintenance plan to a service plan without even bothering to let me know and they don't even see any wrong about it. The worst part is they still want to charge me maintenance rates for a service plan. A blatant rip-off. I will advise anyone to stay away from such businesses </p>

Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments.
It is important to note that as per the manufacturers specifications, your vehicle has a standard service interval of every 15 000 km or 12 months whichever occurs first with the applicable service leeway’s being 1 500 km or 30 days either side of the service parameter reached first, that being time or kilometres. Servicing and maintenance of your vehicle in line with the manufacturers specifications is of vital importance, to firstly, keep your plan valid and secondly to ensure the longevity of the vehicles mechanical components and the reasonable maintenance of the vehicle. Our records indicate that your vehicle has skipped the 15 000 km service hence the reason why your plan was converted to a service plan only, as you have breached the contract terms and conditions. Please note that Motorite was in full right to terminate your maintenance plan however as a gesture of goodwill we agreed to convert your maintenance plan to a service plan only. Our records further indicate that you were duly advised of the breach and the conversion of the maintenance plan. Regrettably – you will still be liable for the applicable costs to the financier of the plan.
In view of the matter – we remain of the opinion that we have acted fairly and correctly in this instance.
