3 Day Authorization
I have given a 1 star review as 0 stars is not an option. I have been waiting for my vehicle to be serviced for 3 days now as my dealer or myself can not get through to Motorite. When I call in I get told that your staff are on leave and due to that the waiting period on calls is long. I am lost for words and shocked at this poor poor service from Motorite.
