Bad review. Terrible service

People, please note when you go buy BMW car spares at Motorem in parow. U must be dressed in a suit, or else the sales person, Andrew, labels u as shady. My husband went to buy a spare for my brother, who is working away for 6 months. And my husband had on a dirty jeans. Now my brother is home after over a month break, and his mechanic came today, only to discover they sold him a broken part.. they won't refund him or source him a part that works. They trying to blame my husband for breaking the broken part. Not actually sure how he was supposed to break it, as he is not a BMW mechanic or BMW parts specialist, like Andrew. And the fact that my husband was labeled as shady by Andrew, because of the way he was dressed, is that Prejudice????.. so Andrew is actually a psychologist.. and not a 2nd hand BMW specialist. He is in the wrong trade. He should be in the People labeling trade
